OPTION #1-

Hi XXX,

How are you? We Haven’t seen you in a while.

I know that wording might be confusing, but there is no automatic renewal of the program.

You’ve enrolled on 12 weeks(3 months) program in the beginning of March and instead of paying for that upfront, you set up a 5 payments plan and your last one is coming up in July.

Any sessions you haven’t taken, you are welcome to attend. We will be happy to see you!

OPTION #2-

“So sorry for that subscription word to startle you. It’s a word that our merchant won’t allow us to change. But rest assured you are NOT on a subscription plan. You are on a payment plan that will end once payment is completed in full. Again, so sorry for this scare. You are all good!”
